SMART Board ranges explained: GX, MX Pro and QX Pro

SMART makes three distinct interactive flat panel families. Choosing the right one is mostly a question of how much built-in intelligence you need.

Interactive screen vs projector: which is right for your room?

Projectors are still used in many schools and meeting rooms, but interactive flat panels now offer a compelling alternative in most settings.

  • Brightness and readability. An interactive screen produces its own light, so it stays readable in a bright classroom without drawing blinds. Projectors need controlled ambient light to achieve acceptable contrast.
